The Impression Meisterstück from GLP represents a great leap forward in LED lighting fixtures. Using a 600W, four color source, the Meisterstück is based on the desire for a better quality beam and an uncompromising attitude to color. First, there are no tell-tale multiple lenses and reflectors to look at – just a single, conventional Fresnel lens. It also overcomes one of the main obstacles of many designers to use LED lighting in professional applications; the tendency of LED to cast split color shadows from multiple sources. Instead, the Meisterstück projects just one evenly mixed color at a time. No visible diodes, no pixels, and absolutely no split-color shadows.

Working with this new optical system is a 9 to 33 degree zoom lens and a brand new style of cooling system that results in such a low noise level that it is perfectly suited to theatre auditoriums and televisual applications.
